Very nice blues gig by a 5 piece band of experienced and accomplished musicians. The intimate upstairs venue at the Vic was ideal and the mature crowd rowed in behind the band who played for about 2 hours (with a short intermission). They kicked off slowly and gradually ramped up the performance with some great covers of blues classics and standards from the likes of John Lee Hooker, BB King, an Rory Gallagher. Each of the musicians showcased their obvious talent with the rhythm section keeping a steady beat throughout and the lead guitar and lead singer also excelling. The saxophonist was equally adept on the brass and flute. Overall a smashing gig to kick off the bank holiday weekend in Tramore
